BOOTH RESERVATION INFO
Booth reservations will open on Monday, Nov. 14, 2022. The reservation process will include your booth and sponsorship/advertising opportunities. Attendee badge registration will open Spring 2023.
A 10 percent non-refundable deposit will be required for all booth reservations.

$6,500 per 10’x10’ space (booth only - no badges included)
Early Bird Suppliers will also receive one hour of additional access to the Reverse Trade show on Wednesday, June 21.
(Reserve between Feb. 1, 2023 - June 16, 2023.)
$7,500 per 10’x10’ space (booth only - no badges included)
(Reserve booth by June 17, 2023, or later.)

SUPPLIER BOOTH RESERVATION STEPS
- Click here to open the booth reservation page.
- Complete Your Booth Information
- Search for and select your company and verify the address Premier has on file is correct.
- Under Supplier Contact, please provide the main contact for your company. The contact listed in this section will receive all correspondence regarding your company’s booth and advertising/sponsorship opportunities as well as access to the Supplier Resource Center.
- Review and acknowledge the Showcase Rules and Regulations.
- You can also download a copy for your records.
- Select Your Booth Options
- Select your booth size, the area of the tradeshow floor for your booth and additional preferences for your booth assignment.
- Provide Payment Information
- A 10 percent non-refundable deposit is required for all booth reservations. A credit card must be provided to complete your reservation. An invoice will be attached to your confirmation email for the remaining balance on your account.
- If you would like to pay the full balance for your booth by credit card, you may also do so at this time.
- Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities
- Review the Supplier Prospectus, and let us know if you are interested in adding sponsorship or advertising onto your showcase package.
- After you complete your booth reservation, someone from our team will reach out to discuss your options and help you build your personalized sponsorship package.
- Your Breakthroughs 23 registration is completed once you see the Registration Confirmation screen. You will also receive a confirmation email with additional important information.
